Sandhole Oak Barn, nestled in the picturesque Cheshire countryside is a beautiful venue for a wedding. It used to be a 19th-century barn, and they’ve converted it into the most stunning spot for wedding celebrations. What’s great is they have kept all the rustic charm—like the big oak beams and stonework—but added modern touches, so it feels super cozy and elegant at the same time.

The whole place is gorgeous, especially the grounds. There’s a peaceful lake and really well-kept gardens that make for amazing photos, especially at sunset! Plus, the barn itself is really spacious and flexible, so couples can decorate it however they want, which is perfect if you want to make your day feel really personal.

Sandhole Oak Barn has a great balance of history and modern vibes, making it feel so romantic and unique and a perfect choice of venue for a Cheshire wedding.

Hannah and James’ Harry Potter themed wedding took place on a gloriously sunny day in Cheshire. My day started with Bridal prep at the venue and was followed by a short trip back down the A34 into Macclesfield where the James and his groomsmen prepped before being whisked to Sandhole Oak Barn in a white VW camper van.

Fantastic celebrations followed back at the venue including an owl ring bearer and various Harry Potter themed fancy dress and props. As always Sandhole Oak barn delivered on first class service, organisation and food! A great day full of fun with a lovely group of people.
